Message from Helios' Owners:
"Greetings to the both of you from sunny (for today) Colorado, I hope this note finds you all well. Yesterday's weather was undesirable at 17 degrees but today it was downright balmy at 61...So I drug the camera out to the farm and took some pictures of our little Leo. He had a good roll in the mud and his mane is a mess from his blankets, we took him away from his dinner to catch the last of the days sunshine, but none the less he seems happy and is growing well. He is a bit spoiled from my husband (who knows better than to give a baby too many treats) but we love him dearly, and by spoiled I don't mean anything pushy, just that he looks for the pockets as you can see in the photos. He is still that beautiful cinnamon color and words can't even describe how lovely he is to be around. He is a gelding granted but his disposition is perfect on every level. Karen says he is strong, brave and confident..he doesn't spook at a thing yet in the arena as far as being brought around the other people jumping, driving carts, or any of those activities. What a wonderful horse to own, we truly are blessed. Thanks for all of these wonderful opportunities and we think of you two often and hope all is well."
